Responsive to this request, HCPSS does not have a school-based budgeting system that breaks down/tracks all program budgets by school. While only reflective of a small portion of resources used by individual schools, responsive to your request to see any budgetary items that can be broken out as such, our Finance Office indicates the only item broken down for both budget and actuals by school is a category for Materials of Instruction (MOI). Please note, however, at this time actuals for SY2019 have not yet been closed/finalized by our Finance Office. As such, we have included below the FY2020 allocations of MOI by high school for the FY2020 Operating Budget. Outside of MOI, salaries for employees assigned by location would be broken out for actuals only, and as noted above actuals for SY2019 have not yet been closed/finalized at this time.
