Responsive to this request, graduation rates are officially calculated by the Maryland State Department of Education and reported publically through the Maryland Report Card, which can be viewed by school or by district. The online version allows you to break down graduation by services such as FARMS, and see trends over the years: https://msp2018.msde.maryland.gov/Graphs/#/Graduation/GradRate/1/6/3/3/1/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/13/XXXX. Please note, SY2019 data is not finalized/reported until typically January of the following year.
