I would like EMS Gym Allocations for the following months in 2019: September, October, November and December

In addition, I am requesting copies of the 501(c)(3) determination letter for all organizations that gym permits are being considered for during the same time period.

Determination letters on file from the list of organizations identified on November 4, 2019. Please note, per HCPSS Policy 10020 Use of School Facilities IV. E. “Groups claiming nonprofit status may be required to provide a letter of determination from the Internal Revenue Service or incorporating state explaining their nonprofit status and/or a copy of their bylaws or incorporation papers.”
