I am writing to request records under the Maryland Public Information Act. I respectfully request copies of all electronic communications (email, text messages, etc.) between Willie Flowers and all current members of the Board of Education (BOE) and/or the Superintendent, Michael Martirano. I request information between the dates of May 1, 2017 and October 19, 2019.
To be clear, I am requesting all communications via email in which Willie Flowers’ name appears in the “To”, “From”, “Subject”, “CC” or “BCC” fields in any email communications with BOE members or Superintendent Martirano or text messages between Willie Flowers and any BOE member or Superintendent Martirano.
