I respectfully request to obtain electronic copies of all email and text communication (if available) between Xiaoli Nan and current members of the Board of Education and/or Superintendent Martirano for the time period of May 1, 2017 through October 18, 2019. For email communication, this request is for electronic copies of: (1) any emails sent to OR received from ‘nan@umd.edu’ in the email accounts belonging to Dr. Martirano or a Board of Education member, for the time period of May 1, 2017 through October 18, 2019. and (2) any emails in which the search term ‘Xiaoli Nan’ or ‘Xiaoli’ appears in the subject line or body of an email in the email accounts belonging to Dr. Martirano or a Board of Education member, for the time period of May 1, 2017 through October 18, 2019.
