Under the Maryland Public Information Act Title 4, I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of records of the costs incurred by Paula Karamihas, the Director of Football Nutrition at the University of Maryland, from the period between March 1, 2016 to August 31, 2019. Specifically, I am seeking copies of monthly credit card statement for Ms. Karamihas’ University of Maryland corporate credit card, where such expenditures for athletes’ food might be contained. Or , if Ms. Karamihas does not typically use a corporate credit card, I request copies of any requisitions or invoices for payment from, food vendors who supplied meals to UM football players during that same period of time.
