Please provide documents provided to HCPSS indicating that HCPSS is out of compliance with ESOL regulations. At a recent Board of Education meeting, staff reported that HCPSS was recently found out of compliance with ESOL regulations. I am not looking for past data, just the most recent information. If there are no records from outside organizations on this subject, please provide HCPSS records related to the noncompliance.

This presentation outlined the rational for removal of two courses from the ESOL curriculum and explained noncompliance related to COMAR requirements for English teacher certification.
