The attached record used by School Planning to develop the HCPSS School Attendance Areas contains all Howard County addresses as of 11/21/19 where they have indicated HCPSS polygon ID, SY19-20 assignment and SY20-21 assignment by level. It will not include whether a student resides there or whether any students residing there are participants in FARMs. The dataset is based on data obtained from the Howard County Government, specifically the Address Points file found through their data portal: https://data.howardcountymd.gov/. Please note, HCPSS boundaries are defined using public right-of-way egress, not individual addresses.
