I am requesting any and all records/documents with reference to polygon 159 and/or polygon 1159 from November 27, 2018 through the date of this request, including but not limited to written and oral communications, formal and informal meetings, discussions, telephone calls, notes, conferences, electronic mail and memoranda. This is to include communication between any current HCPSS Board of Education member and/or the superintendent.

Responsive to this request, per discussions to date in order to define a scope of records to be searched, we have narrowed this to emails and memos from Board of Education members and/or Dr. Martirano. In addition to those records included below, staff indicates no responsive memos exist between the Board and Superintendent during the timeframe requested.

Responsive Documents
The attached emails were located through a search of the @hcpss email system for mailboxes belonging to those individuals narrowed to the timeframe of June 1, 2019, and the date of this request containing the polygon numbers indicated as keywords, and those specifically from a Board member or Dr. Martirano to another Board member or Dr. Martirano that are conversational about these polygons and not only where the polygon numbers are contained in plans/data/etc. Under MPIA GP ยง 4-330, we have redacted sociological information where it contains personal phone numbers, addresses or has the potential to pose a risk to individual privacy.

*Some request language is summarized to include the requester's specific document requests and legally protected information (such as personally identifiable information of a student) or personal, defamatory and malicious content removed at the discretion of the school system.

**Responses containing legally protected information available only to the person of interest are omitted from the above report.
