I am requesting any and all records/documents with reference to Elm Street Development and/or Bethany Glen from 11/27/17 through the present, including but not limited to written and oral communications, formal and informal meetings, discussions, telephone calls, notes, conferences, electronic mail and memoranda. This is to include communications between any current HCPSS BOE members, the Superintendent, Elm Street Development and/or Howard County DPZ.

Responsive to this request, per discussions to date in order to define a scope of records to be searched, we have narrowed this to those records of Board of Education members, Dr. Martirano as well as Operations staff Scott Washington and Renee Kamen. In addition to the records included below, staff indicates no responsive memos exist between the Board of Education and Superintendent during the timeframe requested.
Responsive Documents
The attached records were located through searches within the @hcpss email system for mailboxes belonging to those individuals between November 27, 2017 and the date of this request. The first included those where a participant had an email domain matching “@elmstreetdev.com” and the second where the participant “jbronow@howarcountymd.gov” also contained the keywords “Elm” or “Bethany Glen.” Under MPIA GP § 4-330, we have redacted sociological information where it contains personal phone numbers or has the potential to pose a risk to individual privacy.
