Responsive to this request, per clarification you were seeking emails between August 22 and December 1, 2019, we conducted two searches within the @hcpss mailbox system. The first, for emails sent from julie_schruefer@hcpss.org with a subject line “PRES moves to SES (swansfield)” resulted in no hits. The second, for emails sent from julie_schruefer@hcpss.org containing the keyword “pointers united” resulted in the records below.

Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), which restricts access to student records, and MPIA GP § 4-313, which prevents disclosure of school district records pertaining to individual students, we have redacted any reference to a particular student, or personally identifiable information that would reveal student information from the responsive records.
