An existing report on tardy and absent rates by school similar to that provided under MPIA 2020-158 with data for the full school year 2019. Please note, percent is determined by the total number of membership days based on enrollment of students per school (rather than total number of students) and includes all marked absence/tardy days regardless of lawful/unlawful determination or half/full day absence. For reference, the expectations for recording absence and tardy can be found under HCPSS Policy 9010 - Attendance: https://www.hcpss.org/policies/9000/9010-attendance/implementation/. HCPSS has made substantial efforts to ensure the accuracy of this information; however, data collection and reporting is consistently subject to change. Please be mindful when comparing data as many variances can occur between reports based on date pulled, parameters used, categories included, etc.
