Since the Open Meetings Compliance Board found that Jen Mallo and Sabina Taj violated the Open Meetings Act by texting instructions to each other during a public board meeting, and since the public has no way of knowing if they are still violating the Open Meetings Act, I am requesting all electronic correspondence across any platform/app/site where messages can be exchanged (including, but not limited to text messages on HCPSS-provided and personal cell phones, Facebook Messenger, What's App, Reddit, Twitter, Tinder, Snapchat, Instagram, WeChat, Tik Tok, Skype, GoTo Meeting, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom) to and from each of those two Board members during the duration of each public board meeting from the date of this submission (Apr. 20, 2020), henceforth.
Please ensure that messages are not deleted in advance and please provide the messages at the close of each board meeting.
