Requested Information
Since the Open Meetings Compliance Board found that Jen Mallo and Sabina Taj violated the Open Meetings Act by texting instructions to each other during a public board meeting, and since the public has no way of knowing if they are still violating the Open Meetings Act, I am requesting all electronic correspondence across any platform/app/site where messages can be exchanged (including, but not limited to text messages on HCPSS-provided and personal cell phones, Facebook Messenger, What's App, Reddit, Twitter, Tinder, Snapchat, Instagram, WeChat, Tik Tok, Skype, GoTo Meeting, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom) to and from each of those two Board members during the duration of the public virtual Board of Education meetings held on April 30, 2020.
Please ensure that messages are preserved and not deleted in advance of fulfilling this request.
