Requested Information
I would like to make a public records request for the following information for each year from 1995 to the present:

i) Feeder patterns from elementary to middle schools and middle schools to high schools.

ii) Shapefiles showing attendance zones for elementary, middle and high schools. If shapefiles do not exist, then pdf maps will work ok.

In both cases, if data does note exist back to 1995, then all years for which you have information will be sufficient.

Responsive to this request, in addition to the record below and per clarification you are seeking only those files available electronically, shapefiles have been provided (due to file types and volume can be provided via email/disk). Please note, there is not a file for every year during the timeframe requested as GIS was not in consistent use until 2010, and in years where boundaries did not change from the previous year, a new boundary file was not needed. The Office of School Planning uses this data internally for mapping and analysis and does not guarantee its accuracy or suitability for any specific use outside of HCPSS systems.

This is the school feeder history record as updated since our response to MPIA 2020-133. School Planning staff indicates this information only exists since 2004 as polygon development occurred around 2002. Per discussion, this is the information available electronically, older hard-copy files/maps of school boundaries would need to be reviewed in person.
