Requested Information
I respectfully request the Financial Disclosure Statements (FDS) for the Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, Board of Education members, and any members of the HCPSS Central Office who are required to file an FDS to whom any Board of Education member has given an individual gift of over $20, or cumulative gifts of over $100.

The timeframe for this request is for the last reporting year as well as anything that has been documented for this current reporting year (in anticipation of having to report).

If it is not possible to view the FDSs at this time, please provide any documentation from each recipient of the particular gifts received and the associated value.

Responsive to this request, a review of the most current Financial Disclosure Statements available – for the reporting period January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 – resulted in no records indicating an employee or Board member had received a gift from a Board member in any amount.

*Some request language is summarized to include the requester's specific document requests and legally protected information (such as personally identifiable information of a student) or personal, defamatory and malicious content removed at the discretion of the school system.

**Responses containing legally protected information available only to the person of interest are omitted from the above report.
