Responsive to this request, please find attached electronic messages sent and received between the MPIA office and the requester under MPIA 2019-068. Under MPIA GP ยง 4-330, we redacted sociological information where it contains personal phone numbers and has the potential to pose a risk to individual privacy. Additional redactions contained within these records are as noted in the original response letter to the requester, including one attachment provided only to the requester as the person-in-interest, which contained personal content unrelated to the transaction of HCPSS business from a private social media group. No fees were collected under this request, therefore no record of an amount paid exists.
