Responsive to this request, please find attached a record including those purchases/receipt of COVID-19 related supplies as being tracked by our Purchasing Office. While staff indicates this will cover the majority of PPE supplies on hand, additional time would be needed to complete a survey of all staff/offices to collect all records related to any/all such supplies.
