If an individual is certified and/or employed for more then one position (eg. a Counsoler also certified as a Social Worker), only count them for their primary position/employment. Also list the school(s) they work at.

Responsive to this request, please find attached data regarding the requested positions within HCPSS broken down by the position duty length (10 vs. 11 vs. 12 month positions) and the positions’ assigned location where tracked by Human Resources’ employment management systems. Please note, the counts here are for current total FTE, as there may be staff serving less than 1.0. An additional record specific to Psychologists (below) indicates the location assignments for the current school year. Additionally, while no position within HCPSS is titled “security guards” we have included Security Assistants and Security Officers (non-SRO) assigned to schools/locations – please note there are two additional positions within the central office to include the Security Coordinator and Assistant Security Manager. HCPSS has made substantial efforts to ensure the accuracy of this information; however, data collection and reporting is consistently subject to change. Please be mindful when comparing data as many variances can occur between reports based on date pulled, parameters used, categories included, etc.
