I would like to receive the YOY comparison Health and Dental Fund Budget vs. Actual report that was given for MPIA #2019-131 updated through FY21. In addition, I would like to receive a copy of the Program 9715 Health fund budget spreadsheet updated through FY21, this report outlines the details of "Other Expenses" in the health fund. In addition, I would like to receive any reports available outlining the Health fund Balance as of 6/30/20 with details. Thank you.

Responsive to this request, Budget staff indicates FY 2020 actuals are not available at this time as they will not be finalized until the CAFR is released, which is expected by the end of October. As for updated budget to actual trend data thru FY21, the FY 2021 Approved Budget Book contains updated info for the Health Fund (Program 9715), found at the following link. https://www.hcpss.org/f/aboutus/budget/fy21/fy21-board-approved-operating-budget.pdf. Page 512 will include projected Health Fund amounts, with available data on FY21 until the actuals are completed.
