I request all email correspondence from October 13, 2020 to the present between HCPSS employees and any other party (HCPSS or non-HCPSS) regarding HCPSS participation in The Bridges Collaborative ( https://tcf.org/bridges-collaborative/ ) .

Responsive to this request, attached are those emails resulting from a search of the @hcpss mailboxes of the staff who would have been involved in the application for membership for the keyword "Bridges Collaborative" between October 13, 2020 and the date of this request. Mass/newsletter content has been excluded from review. Exemptions found within these records include:
• Under MPIA GP § 4-330, we have redacted sociological information where it contains personal phone numbers and/or has the potential to pose a risk to individual safety or privacy.
• Under MPIA GP § 4-338, which requires a custodian to deny inspection of information about the security of an information system, we have redacted unique identifiers such as links to internal systems, login and password information.
• Additional redactions found on pages 56 and 98 are for non-responsive content unrelated to the transaction of HCPSS business such as a personal matter.
