HCPSS Policy 7070 – Appointments to Administrative and Supervisory Certificated Positions

While no specific HCPSS policy creates the Community Superintendent position, these positions would be governed under Policy 7070 as they are required to hold or be eligible for a Maryland Advanced Professional Certificate with the Administrator II Endorsement.
