Responsive to this request, attached are those emails resulting from a search of the @hcpss system for the mailboxes of each Board member, the Student Member of the Board, and immediate Board staff between January 21, 2021, through February 4, 2021, containing “Hogan AND” the keywords requested where either @mseanea.org was a sender or where the email was sent from a Board member, the Student Member of the Board, or an immediate Board staff and @mseanea.org was a recipient. Exemptions found within these records included: Under MPIA GP § 4-330, we have redacted sociological information where it has the potential to pose a risk to individual safety or privacy; and Under MPIA GP § 4-329, we have redacted information that could reveal individual medical or psychological information. A second batch of emails contains the subset from our search of the @hcpss system for the mailboxes of each Board member, the Student Member of the Board, and immediate Board staff between January 21, 2021, through February 4, 2021, where the email was sent from a Board member, the Student Member of the Board or an immediate Board staff and included the same as a recipient. Under MPIA GP § 4-330, we have redacted sociological information where it contains personal phone numbers and has the potential to pose a risk to individual safety or privacy. Additional time would be needed to review/release remaining content from this search.
