Per your clarification you are seeking “February 1 through February 11 for emails among Board members as well as emails between Board members and Kathy Hanks,” and further discussion to identify content regarding these minutes, we conducted a search of the @hcpss system for the mailboxes of each Board member and Ms. Hanks for the dates indicted, where the email was sent from a Board member or Ms. Hanks and included the same as a recipient. In using keywords "minutes" and the date "01 21" staff identified the attached direct discussions of these minutes. Under MPIA GP § 4-330, we have redacted sociological information where it contains personal phone numbers and/or has the potential to pose a risk to individual safety or privacy.
