Responsive to this request, the only active contract using funds from the line item noted in the HCPSS Capital Budget is a prior year appropriation for the design and construction of the Triadelphia Ridge Elementary School Special Education Program Expansion. Please note, the project is a prior year appropriation from this line item. The associated agreements for this project are below.

Owings, Inc. – General Contractor, used from an On Call vendor list originally awarded by the Board of Education July 12, 2018: https://go.boarddocs.com/mabe/hcpssmd/Board.nsf/files/B2LLP4573D93/$file/07%2012%202018%20Bids%20and%20Contracts%20Revised%20BR.pdf (see PC-4). While there is no contract with this vendor for this particular project, we have attached here the most recent Purchase Order issued. Under MPIA GP § 4-311, which prevents disclosure of personnel records of an individual, employee identification numbers have been redacted.
