MPIA 2019-094 lists "HCPSS staff members who are certified Safety Care trainers along with the dates of their full and refresher courses as applicable in training."
I am requesting the course description and number of days/hours of the full and refresher training for the train the trainer model.
If there have been additional courses to train the trainer in the use of restraint and seclusion, please list those and the dates provided.

Summary course information on Safety Care Training. Staff indicates training is provided through Quality Based Solutions to Complex Behavioral Challenges to train our trainers, who then train staff, to provide both the full training, refresher training, and Safety Care Basics for all administrators and school-based staff. Staff indicates the initial trainer of trainer training is three full, 8-hour days in length. New instructors received initial training 3/9/21-3/11/21. The refresher trainer of trainer training is one full, 8-hour day in length annually. Our staff was recertified on 3/8/21 and 3/18/21 for the refreshers.
First aid safety care is provided in collaboration with Health Services utilizing HCPSS nursing staff. Due to the pandemic, staff indicates first aid/CPR courses have not been held this year. When it is safe to do so, those will resume and be scheduled.
