Responsive to this request, and per clarification provided to date to help identify the records
sought regarding Board discussion of the COVID grant funds that would be used in the FY2022
budget, we have conducted a search of @hcpss mailboxes for Board members between July 1,
2021, through July 19, 2021, where the sender was one of the members, the Superintendent,
and/or a Cabinet member, with the keywords “covid,” “grant funds,” and “ESSER,” which
resulted in the attached emails exchanged on this topic.
