Responsive to this request, please find attached available data on the number of positions reclassified after the implementation of a Workday job-change category for reclassifications in March 2017, along with the salary for each. Reclassifications may have resulted in changes to position attributes including position title, job profile, compensation, and/or work schedule. Please note, a reclassification is the redefining of a position to account for changes in duties, responsibilities, or work that significantly alters the nature of the original classification of the position. A reclassification is not a promotion; a promotion is the progression of an employee through a competitive recruitment process into a position with increased responsibility.
