Pursuant to the General Provisions Article §§ 4-101 through 4-601, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the undersigned requests a copy of all public records containing the information hereinafter described. I respectfully request that a copy /email attachment of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided to me as follows:
1. A copy of the Public Official Surety Bond per Maryland Law: MD State Government Code Ann. §9-1704, A copy of the Public Official Blanket Bond if applicable; A copy of the Surety Liability Insurance Policy if applicable; A copy of the Power of Attorney for the State authorized bonding company if applicable; A copy of the Power of Attorney for Blanket Bond from State authorized bonding company if applicable to include in all instances the bond amount, the bond policy number, the bond expiration date and the surety bond company name and address that covers the following County Public Officials: Michael J Martirano
