Responsive to this request, the items below cover the timeframe since our current Chief of Administration took over in 2019, the analysis and proposed multi-year plan to eliminate the deficit, and recommended use of fund balance to take the first step. There is also background regarding prior years within the memos. Additional information would be needed to locate older records sought.
