Requested Information
I would like to formally request any and all correspondence from the Gorman Crossing PTA leadership (representing the PTA) to the office of the Superintendent. I want to know what they are claiming about the school and the "official" opinions of the PTA on matters of interest to the school, its teachers and the administration.

Responsive to this request, a search of @hcpss mailboxes for the Superintendent between May 1, 2021, through the date of your request where the email addresses provided were a participant resulted in the attached correspondence. Please note, further review would be needed to determine releasability of all links and/or external records noted within the responsive email content itself. One additional resulting email related to an individual student incident is being held in its entirety under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), which restricts access to student records, and MPIA GP § 4-313, which prevents disclosure of school district records pertaining to individual students. No additional correspondence formats outside emails were located within the Superintendent’s office from the Gorman Crossing PTA.
