No reimbursements specific to travel to NASSP events were found within expense records during the timeframe requested. For reference, the documentation below reflect requests for funds and invoices/receipts available in instances of reimbursements for membership and conferences with the Maryland Association of Secondary School Principals – which in many are noted as affiliated with the National Association in the memo line – to the above list. Such payments are allotted to administrators under the Master Agreement between the Board of Education of Howard County and the Howard County Association of Supervisors and Administrators (Article XII): https://www.hcpss.org/f/employment/hcasa-agreement.pdf. Under MPIA GP § 4-330, we have redacted sociological information where it contains personal phone numbers, addresses (also under MPIA GP § 4-331 for personal contact information specifically of public employees), and/or has the potential to pose a risk to individual safety or privacy. Under both MPIA GP § 4-330 and MPIA GP § 4-336, which prevents disclosure of portions of a record that contains information about the finances of an individual, we have redacted credit card and individual account information from the records as well.
