I would like to request any emails to or from HCPSS employees with respect to bus stops along Sand Hill Rd in Ellicott City from August 2019-present. I would also like to request any Sand Hill Rd traffic data received by HCPSS from HCPD or other agencies, as well as, metrics used to determine safe bus stop placement at each grade level (ie speed limit, visibility, traffic density, etc.). If these metrics have changed since August 2019, I would like to see the metrics used in August 2019 and present day.
