All documents relating to the Agreement between Musgrove Farm, LLC and the Board of Education of Howard County, dated April 25, 2002, regarding the construction and maintenance of a shared sewage disposal facility at Glenelg High School (the “Agreement”), including, but not limited to: (i) the Agreement; (ii) any amendments to the Agreement, including the Supplemental Agreement dated November 9, 2006; (iii) all drafts of the Agreement; and (iv) all correspondence between Musgrove Farm, LLC (and/or its agents/legal counsel) and the Board of Education regarding the Agreement.

Responsive to this request, the Board of Education took action this past April to move forward with an agreement on fee structure for the Musgrove Farms Community - a report for that action is available publicly under the above link. This report includes the history of the wastewater treatment plant, copies of the agreements, and other relevant records such as an overview of meetings and discussions between staff and the HOA, and proposals from each entity.
