We are submitting a FOIA request to your organization for all purchasing records for school bus parts from January 1, 2022, to the present for Howard County Public Schools. The request is limited to readily available records without physically copying, scanning, or printing paper documents. Any editable electronic format is acceptable, although an Excel or CSV file is preferred. Please include the following fields:
1) Purchase date
2) A brief description of the product purchased
3) Manufacturer's part number and other cross or matching references as available
4) Quantity of the product purchased
5) Price of the product purchased
6) Vendor name

Responsive to this request, please find attached a spreadsheet with the requested information from HCPSS Transportation. Please note, no parts are stocked specifically for school busses, but are universal for potential use in various HCPSS vehicles. Additionally, HCPSS contracts with outside vendors for most student transportation services, therefore existing purchasing records reflect those parts purchased for in-house school busses.
