Responsive to this request, beyond the records provided below, in regards to contract technical and cost proposals, such records no longer exist within the HCPSS Purchasing Office. Retention for documentation related to bids and requests for proposals as well as awarded bids and contract information within that office is for 10 years, which would be no later than 2010 after project completion.

While this is the document being used for the proposed renovation (not completed) it contains extensive information on the current building. As noted in this record, the prior renovation was a multi-phase Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systemic renovation performed during the summers of 1997, 1998, and 1999. This included Testing and Balancing (TAB) that would have been completed immediately following the HVAC installation work.
On this site you can enter the name of the school in the search bar and then select the SQ History tab. This identifies the renovation in 2000 (date finalized for the above HVAC work), and for reference notes other capital improvements (using State funding).

Please find attached a record for the work that outlines the projects that began in 1997. This serves as a coversheet for several existing design/drawing detail documents, however outside a generic layout of the building as noted in the Feasibility Study above, we are unable to release the remaining drawings. Under MPIA GP § 4-352 an agency may deny inspection of records to the extent inspection would jeopardize security of any building, structure, or facility, or where release may endanger the life or physical safety of an individual. These drawings have the potential to reveal critical information about the physical features of the building including life, safety, and support systems.
