Responsive to this request, no records of determination of cost savings directly related to walk zones were analyzed beyond the need to reduce the overall number of bus routes to accommodate the changes outlined in the school start times implementation plans. For reference, HCPSS Transportation staff has identified the following reports that outlined the process by which changes to walk zones under Policy 5200 were incorporated into the school start times changes:
