HCPSS MPIA Request #2024-120

Responsive to this request, please find attached a report of all reservations submitted for events between June 1, 2023 – present by community user groups for gym space within HCPSS schools. This report includes status of each reservation (confirmed, cancelled, or denied), along with the date of the event (“booking date” along with “event start” and “event end”), and date submitted by the user group (“date added”). Please note, reservations which are confirmed but subsequently gym space becomes unavailable will have a cancelled status, while reservations unconfirmed due to unavailable gym space at the time of submission will have a denied status. Other errors with submission of a reservation may also result in denial. Additionally, school, PTA/Booster, and HCPSS departmental requests for gym space are not included as this report reflects community use. Staff is unable to obtain accurate timestamps for date action taken from the system vendor.
