I’m searching for public records on vendors that are currently providing therapy, mental health, and nursing services at Howard County Public School System. I needs a list of the hourly rates the district is paying vendors for the following services for the 2023-2024 school year:
Occupational therapists (OT), physical therapists (PT), speech language pathologists (SLP), therapy assistants (COTA, PTA, SLPA), clinical fellows (CF), school psychologists (SP), board certified behavior analysts (BCBA), registered behavior technicians (RBT), licensed clinical social workers (LCSW), social workers (SW), registered nurses (RN), licensed practical nurses (LPN), and paraprofessionals.

Responsive to this request, beyond the contracts noted below, HCPSS has no current contracts for work within the Office of Psychological Services, for Physical Therapist Assistants or Occupational Therapy Assistants, nor for clinical fellows. Under MPIA GP § 4-335, which prevents disclosure of confidential commercial or financial information furnished by an outside unit, we are unable to release current rates provided by individual companies - beyond those originally posted at the time of proposal found in the reports above - as they have the potential to cause harm to the competitive position of the vendor from whom the information was obtained and/or impair our ability to obtain similar information in the future.
