This is a Request for public records for the contract awarded from the RFP 075.18.B5 - Solutions and Business Intelligence Architect Services which was issued back on 05/18/2018. I would like to kindly request you to provide the following information about the current vendors:
• Bid Tabulation/Scoring Sheet used for the evaluation criteria to select the winning vendors.
• Winning vendor proposals.
• The number of Task Orders/Purchase Orders issued under this contract since the execution of the same, broken down per awarded vendor of each TO/PO with the dollar amount.
• Awarded Contracts.

In regard to the evaluation committee’s score/evaluation records, under MPIA GP § 4-344, which allows a custodian to deny inspection of confidential opinions, deliberations, advice or recommendations from one governmental employee or official to another for the purpose of assisting the latter in the decision-making function, we would be unable to release. These records reveal pre-decisional recommendations of the evaluation committee used to inform the award by the Purchasing Office, where release would be contrary to the public interest given its potential to inhibit full and frank discussion in the procurement process.
Additional information available related to your request for Purchase Orders (PO) and dollar amount issued for Solutions and Business Intelligence Architect Services is as follows:
Under MPIA GP § 4-335, which prevents disclosure of confidential trade secret, commercial or financial records furnished by an outside unit, customer reference information (also under MPIA GP § 4-310), biographical data (including resumes) on key employees, as well as identification of proprietary operations, processes, experience and performance by AJACE have been redacted throughout the document as they have the potential to cause harm to the competitive position of the vendor from whom the information was obtained and/or impair our ability to obtain similar information in the future. Additionally, under MPIA GP § 4-330, we have redacted sociological information where it contained a government issued identification number and/or has the potential to pose a risk to individual safety or privacy.
