The number of emergency petitions initiated by public and nonpublic schools in your district for the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 school years and thus far in the 2023-2024 school year including those initiated by school resource officers at public and nonpublic schools, and the number of petitions granted, disaggregated by:
a. School;
b. Race/Ethnicity of Student;
c. Gender of Student;
d. Special education status and type of placement (e.g., General Education, Self-Contained Class, Separate Public Special Education, Nonpublic Special Education School;
2. The reasons why the student was found to present a danger to self or others, justifying the granting of an emergency petition.
