Responsive to this request, please see employee data reports below. For data on coach and advisor stipends, which has been clarified to be “For each coach and advisor stipend in the negotiated agreements, the number of total stipends that are currently available. Additionally, the number of elementary and middle school intramural and co-curricular sponsor stipends that were distributed for FY24” - At the high school level, the number of total stipends that are currently available per school (for FY25) are as outlined in the HCEA/ESP Interscholastic Athletics Coaches’/Advisors’ Stipends section of bargaining unit salary scales record: https://www.hcpss.org/f/employment/hcea-salary-scales.pdf. Staff indicates that for FY24, the only stipends not available were for varsity level sports at Guilford Park High School. At the elementary and middle school level, three (3) advisor stipends were distributed per school in FY24 for Band, Chorus, and Orchestra activities, with the exception of two middle schools that each received one (1) extra advisor stipend. For reference, in FY25, each elementary school and middle school will receive four (4) advisor stipends as noted in the salary scale linked above. In FY24 middle schools collectively had an additional 52 total intramural stipends and 245 co-curricular stipends. Please note, at the elementary level there are no co-curricular or intramural stipends distributed.
