During the Fall of 2024, while searching the HCPSS for information on 504s, I came across a document titled "Procedures and Guidelines for Implementing Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973", put out by the HCPSS Department of Program Innovation and Student Well-Being, and with a footnote stating it was revised in October 2022. I can no longer find this document on the HCPSS website. Please provide any document with this title or substantially similar (guidance to school-based guidance staff who are responsible for creating student 504 plans) put out by this department (or the 504 office which is currently within that department) between January 1, 2022 and July 20, 2025.

Responsive to this request, please find attached the document entitled Procedures and Guidelines for Implementing Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. It was previously removed from the HCPSS website as it is no longer in use. HCPSS Section 504 staff indicate a new document is in the process of being developed, but no updated version since October 2022 exists.
