Pursuant to the Public Information Act, this is a request for the following records.
• Since 2019, any and all communications between the Howard County Public School System, on the one hand, and the Qatar Foundation, Qatar Foundation International LLC, on the other hand. This includes but is not limited to email, text, message and other digital or written communications and correspondence.
• Since 2019, any and all documents relating to funding received or commitments agreed to between the Howard County Public School System, on the one hand, and the Qatar Foundation, Qatar Foundation International LLC, on the other hand. This includes but is not limited to memos of understanding, any type of contract, or any type of agreements.
• Since 2019, copies of all payments received between the Howard County Public School System, on the one hand, and the Qatar Foundation, Qatar Foundation International LLC, on the other hand. This includes but is not limited to electronic payments such as ACH or wire transfers, checks, etc.
