I request copies of all records reflecting the receipt, deposit, management, and expenditure of funds raised through the “Boosterthon” fundraiser conducted for Fulton Elementary School during the 2025-2026 school year.
This request includes, but is not limited to:
Records showing the total amount of money raised through the Boosterthon fundraiser for Fulton Elementary School;
Bank deposit records, accounting entries, or financial reports reflecting where Boosterthon funds were deposited;
Any budgets, ledgers, expenditure reports, purchase orders, invoices, receipts, or disbursement records showing how Boosterthon funds were spent or allocated;
Any agreements, contracts, correspondence, or approvals between the school, the school system, any parent organization (PTO/PTA/booster club), and Boosterthon or its affiliates related to this fundraiser;
Any required fundraising approval forms, post-fundraiser financial summaries, or reconciliation reports submitted to or maintained by the school or school system.
