1. Any inspector general reports, audit reports, responses and/or independent documents pertaining to the HCPSS transportation contract with Zum Services Inc. filed AFTER the September 2024 audit (which is already made publicly available online);
2. Any meeting minutes referencing the HCPSS transportation contract with Zum (subsequent to the transportation services audit in September 2024);
3. Any communications (including but not limited to emails, memos, letters, notes) referencing complaints, incidents or any allegations of fault regarding the transportation services provided by Zum (including those submitted by either the public or school district employees, via hotlines, surveys, online forms, etc) filed since September 2024.

Responsive to this request, in regard to number one, no records of inspector general reports, audits, or other third-party evaluations/reports pertaining to the HCPSS contract with Zum Services Inc. exist since September 2024. Likewise, in regard to number three, HCPSS Transportation staff indicates no surveys, hotlines or feedback collections regarding Zum services have occurred since September 2024. In addition to the records identified below, additional time would be needed to search communication records.
