I would like to see the GT staffing allocations for all HCPSS elementary schools along with capacity utilization percentages and K-5 enrollment numbers for each of the 42 elementary schools. I'd also like to see the raw number and percentage of students currently taking 4th and 5th grade GT math classes per elementary school.

Projected capacity utilization for SY 21-22 is in the charts on pages 33, 40, 47 in the “Pre-Measures Charts”. This calculation is based on projected enrollment generated in spring of 2021 for the 2021-22 school year and the school capacities presented in the June 2021 Feasibility Study.
Please note, GT staffing is based upon projected enrollment at the time of the FY2022 budget passage.
An available report of school enrollment pulled with data for September 30, 2021. Please note, this report is not the official September 30 enrollment count as submitted by HCPSS to the Maryland Department of Education. Official enrollment data will become available in mid-November 2021.
Please note, this represents a current snapshot as schools are continuing to place students early this year, particularly as we are returning from hybrid and virtual learning. HCPSS must protect against the potential disclosures of personally identifiable information about students as required by both the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), which restricts access to student records, and MPIA GP § 4-313, which prevents disclosure of school district records pertaining to individual students. In accordance, HCPSS follows the Maryland State Department of Education and the National Center for Education Statistics’ guidelines for protecting student privacy in public reporting and suppresses the following from responsive records (see also specific suppression techniques contained within the responsive record): populations that fall below 10; percentages that are less than or equal to 5, or greater than or equal to 95; categories directly related to specific student records; and/or information that can reasonably identify an individual student or reveals information from an individual student’s record or could do so when combined with other publicly accessible data.
