Per clarification based on the above report you are seeking the response submitted by Lifetouch for this bid, please find the requested record attached. Under MPIA GP § 4-335, which prevents disclosure of confidential trade secret, commercial or financial records furnished by an outside unit, tax records, biographical data (including resumes) on key employees, customer reference information (also under MPIA GP § 4-310), proprietary sample documents, and unique pricing and service offers throughout the proposal, have been redacted as they have the potential to cause harm to the competitive position of the vendor from whom the information was obtained and/or impair our ability to obtain similar information in the future.
