Per discussions to clarify data sought, available reports under MPIA 2019-127 including health room visit information at the system-wide level, and state-wide annual reports by MSDE on bullying and harassment found most recently under 2018: http://marylandpublicschools.org/about/Documents/DSFSS/SSSP/Bullying/BullyingHarassmentReport2018.pdf were provided. Staff indicates health room visit data will not provide drug use counts as staff is unable to diagnosis, and thus may for instance fall under acute illness for physical symptoms expressed or under altered mental state. Additional clarification needed to continue response.
