Counts of all students within the Howard County System who qualify for Special Education services (including Special Services Only students and Non-Public Placement), who are actively enrolled and have an active IEP as well as an active FARMS qualification based on Nov 1, 2019. HCPSS has made substantial efforts to ensure the accuracy of this information; however, data collection and reporting is consistently subject to change. Please be mindful when comparing data as many variances can occur between reports based on date pulled, parameters used, categories included, etc.
